Cheese Pasta Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients for Cheese Pasta:-

  1. Oil - 2 Tablespoon
  2. Onion - 1 or 2 as per its size 
  3. Water - 1 Cup
  4. Milk - 1 Cup 
  5. Cheese Spread - 4 Tablespoon 
  6. Maggi Masala - Use half a packet 
  7. Schezwan Sauce - 1 Teaspoon or as per your quantity 
  8. Raw Macaroni - As per quantity 
  9. Salt - For Taste
  10. Red Chilli Powder  - 1 Teaspoon (OPTIONAL)
Ingredients for Capsicum Base and Garnishing:-
  1. Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow) - 1 or 2 as per your quantity
  2. Mozzarella Cheese 
  3. Oregano
  4. Mint Leaves or Coriander Leaves - 4 or 5 (OPTIONAL)
Method:-
  • First take a pan and put it on the stove. When the pan gets heated add some oil to it and move on to cutting onions. The onions can be 1 or 2 as per your quantity and size of it. Cut them in the shape of rings and put them in the pan. Fry until they become golden in colour.
  • Add some milk and water into it (1 Cup can be taken). Keep stirring and add some Amul Cheese Spread to it. Take 4 scoops of the cheese using a tablespoon and mix it with the other ingredients. Let it boil for sometime.
  • Now the mix is ready so we can add Maggi Masala into it, its your wish if you want to add the full packet of the masala but I added half a packet because we just need a little bit of its flavour. You can now add 1 Teaspoon of Schezwan Sauce or Red Chilli Powder just to make it a bit spicy. but if you are making it for kids then don't add Red Chilli Powder. Also add salt for taste.
  • Now add raw macaroni into it and leave it for boiling. Do keep checking if the water is dead or not, if you don't do this then the macaroni might stick to the pan. Wait for 5-8 minutes and see if the water has evaporated or not. Mix it properly and gently. I used the term gently because if you don't do so then it might just ruin the recipe. 
  • Your Cheese Pasta is ready now! Lets move on to the capsicum, stuffing and garnishing!

  • Take the capsicum and cut its upper portion or the head you can say. Just cut if from one side as we will use it as a cup! Now using the knife cut the inner part of the capsicum and clean it properly and yes do wash them before using! Keep it aside for sometime.
  • Take another pan and put it on the stove. Add oil to it and put it on low flame, keep the capsicum on the pan and keep rotating them side by side so that they don't roast from any side. Take them out and keep it aside. Now take a teaspoon or tablespoon and use it for filling the cup shaped capsicums with Cheese Pasta. Now the stuffing is over.
  • Now grate the mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed capsicums and later on sprinkle Oregano. Keep the mint leaves or the coriander leaves on top. Your Cheese Pasta Stuffed Capsicum is ready!
